Parachilna at Boardwalk Villas Metung

The property is new, clean and well cared for. The decorations and fittings are stylish but there is also a homely feel. It's situated on a quiet and private street, and we enjoyed hearing beautiful birdsong in the mornings. The windows and balcony look out over the treetops- it feels like you're staying in a tree house! We had a dip in the pool, and enjoyed walking down the boardwalk looking over the spectacular lakes. Our hosts Rudy and Liz were contactable and attentive throughout our stay. It was a great location for us as a couple, but I think the property is really versatile. It would suit a family, two couples or a group of 4 friends too. We can't wait to visit this beautiful tree top house again soon!

Beautiful house, great facilities. My kids lived the pool and the playground. Metung Hot Springs was so close we went twice. The golf course nearby is also incredible. It’s a nice 30 min stroll into town too.

We had a wonderful stay at Parachilna over the Labour Day long weekend. Everything was just right, and the bathroom was particularly beautiful. While it was a little too cold to use the pool, our four‑year‑old absolutely loved the small playground directly in front of the property, which was a lovely bonus.

We had the most wonderful stay at Parachilna. You can watch the sun rise from the balcony, or take a short walk down to the waters edge and see it come up behind the boats. There is a children’s playground right outside which makes it perfect for stay for families. Our kids had the time of their lives! We enjoyed the pool and the spa, it would have been very easy to stay put and just relax at the villa but it was also just a couple of minutes from some amazing experiences, such as the hot springs, the Metung hotel and walking trails along the water. We could not recommend this experience highly enough.

Beautiful villa with contemporary furnishings and fittings. Loved it. Wood fireplace,picturesque outdoor eating area,luxurious bathroom. and very comfortable bed. The hosts have thought of everything with an eye for detail.Metung itself is also a very beautiful backdrop with sunrise and moonrise over the lake. Thank you for a relaxing stay. Metung hot springs are a bonus.
