Acacia

We absolutely loved everything about Acacia Villa in Metung! There were four of us—friends who get together every year to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and explore the local area—and it was the perfect place for our annual getaway. The villa was spacious, well-equipped, and had plenty of room for us all to relax. The fireplace was a wonderful bonus and made our evenings especially cosy. The location was fantastic—set in a quiet, peaceful area with an easy and scenic walk into town along the boardwalk, which we really enjoyed. Rudy and Liz were fabulous hosts, with prompt, friendly communication from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Acacia Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

It was a pleasant stay as they had everything we needed. When I enquired about something, Rudy responded quickly and arr Positive: The most place had everything you need and fireplace and spa was additional pleasure. Negative: Nothing

excellent Positive: Breakfast was not provided. The house size, bed arrangements, location and facilities provided were neat, clean and very comfortable. Negative: Price could be little bit cheaper. Air-conditioning or heating were not in the bed rooms. But the bedrooms were warm.

Apart from that kitchenware, everything else was fine. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Positive: The location is excellent, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the house was clean and comfortable. The furnishings are a bit old, but everything was clean and well maintained. Negative: Everything in the house was fine. However, the kitchen cookware was quite disappointing. The frying pans in particular were in poor condition, with damaged non-stick (Teflon) coating, so they were not safe or suitable to use. Because of this, we avoided using them during our stay.

Lovely accommodation, location and hosts, we will return. Such a comfortable stay. Positive: Location was great, a nice walk along the boardwalk into the village, the private jetty was fabulous for fishing, the pool and spa were very clean and our son enjoyed swimming. A lovely outlook with beautiful birds visiting the balcony. Rudy and Liz were really friendly hosts with excellent communication. Acacia had absolutely everything required for a very comfortable stay.
