Blackwood at Boardwalk Villas Metung

Very relaxing, quiet, tranquil and great location. Positive: Great location. Easy walk to town centre along the boardwalk. Very pretty area. Our unit was at the back so very quiet and tranquil with the sound of the birds singing. Just lovely. The unit was very clean and everything we needed was there. Totally relaxing. Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.

Blackwood villa was exceptional value for money. The accommodation was perfect and the surrounds were tranquil. We could not fault a thing. The well stocked fireplace was an added bonus for our winter break – a four-day stay that will be long remembered as one of the best winter getaways we have ever had. Metung Hot Springs was just a short drive away (a must-do indulgence as it is Victoria’s best by far with absolutely stunning views and not too crowded at all). The boardwalk from the villas to Metung Village is an enjoyable 20-minute walk with stunning views of the lake and boat moorings. You can hire boats, kayaks and SUP boards here too. Rudy was friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. We could not recommend Blackwood more highly.

Our favourite holiday spot. So tranquil. Amazing bird life, love the fire place, and walks along the boardwalk in to town. Breakfast delivered by Aroma…what more could you want in a weekend away. To top it off, nothing is too much trouble for the Managers…Thankyou so much.
